Our Sentiment Index, produced in collaboration with Radiocor Il Sole 24 Ore, always attracts the interest of the financial press, providing a clear picture of what financial market participants expect.
For the June 2024 edition, the Sentiment Index is -13.3 (-0.8 points compared to early May). Therefore, regarding expectations for the next six months, the figures remain essentially unchanged. At the same time, expectations for the next semester for the Eurozone have slightly decreased; for the USA, the data on expectations remains essentially unchanged, albeit still slightly negative.
Starting this month, the Sentiment Index will be accompanied by commentary from a manager associated with the CFA Institute. This month's commentary is provided by Annalisa Usardi, CFA, Senior Economist.
