Sustainability enters by law into consumer preferences and the offer of insurance products changes accordingly. The insurance market is adapting with a renewed, more complex financial management, which looks to new performance indicators. Yet, the sustainable approach oscillates between sustainability models that are not always consistent with each other.

HDI Assicurazioni and Sella Sgr, in collaboration with Mainstreet Partners, have experimented with a multi-handed "working profile", consistent in approach and method.

A case study to tell.
