In a fast-evolving financial landscape, Asset Management and Private Banking are rethinking people, skills, and operating models. This session brings human capital experts to the stage, offering their perspective to a professional audience on labor-market trends and emerging opportunities.

A dedicated moderator will facilitate the conversation - framing topics, cueing “pop-up” focus windows, and steering the flow so insights are accessible and actionable.
The format is intentionally interactive: beyond a three-voice interview, we’ll feature mini deep-dives, live polls, and audience Q&A to spark dialogue and translate insights into next steps. We will highlight how career paths are changing and which skills will be critical to stay competitive in the years ahead.

Drawing on the vantage point of Aegis Human Consulting Group and its dedicated business line Aegis FSI, the speakers will blend market observations with real cases, providing a pragmatic reading of the ongoing transformation. Participants will leave with a clear map of trends, opportunities, and development priorities for talent in Asset & Private Banking.
