The semifinals and finals of 2024 edition of the CFA Italian Research Challenge will see eleven university teams from the best business schools competing for the Italian Championship. 

Participants of the competion represent the following Italian universities: Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Politecnico di Milano, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Milano, Università degli Studi di Firenze, Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Università degli Studi di Bologna, Università Politecnica delle Marche, Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, Università degli Studi di Pavia, Sapienza Università di Roma, Università degli Studi di Udine.

The analyzed company for this year is GVSa prominent Italian company specializing in filter and component production

FactSet Research Systems Italia, a global provider of integrated financial information and analytical applications, supports the challenge by offering its analytical platform to students, professors and mentors.

11:00 Welcome & Agenda of the day
11:15 Final check

Teams will have the opportunity to test their presentation slides.

12:30 CFA Italian Research Challenge | Semifinals - Group A & Group B

The teams which have completed their presentation at 14:00 will be accompanied to the ground floor and exit the building. 

15:30 Break

Teams will be accompanied to the ground floor and will exit the building for 1-hour-break.

16:30 Presentation by PwC Human Capital

17:30 Awarding of CFA Research Challenge Certificates
17:45 CFA Italian Research Challenge | Finals
