Senior Director, Product Management, CFA Institute
Mr. Fidler is a Senior Director in the Global Industry Standards team at CFA Institute. Mr. Fidler leads the promotion of CFA Institute industry codes and standards globally and helps to identify areas where new standards are needed. Prior to joining CFA Institute, Mr. Fidler was a management consultant at Thought Logic Consulting, LLC, and served in a number of management roles at Capital One Financial Corporation. Mr. Fidler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia.

Aldo Bonati, Corporate Engagement and Networks Manager, Etica Sgr
Aldo’s main activity is managing the engagement on ESG topics with investee companies and the relations with the networks Etica Sgr is part of, including UN PRI, CDP and ICCR. Besides, he supports the implementation of SRI strategies and the promotion of sustainable and responsible investments to stakeholders (including clients, prospects, distributors, universities and the press). He is Professor of the ALTIS Graduate School “Master in finance: instruments, markets and sustainability” and Adjunct Professor of sustainable and responsible investments at the MSc ERGOLABOS (Cattolica University, Milan) and at the MSc Management of innovation and entrepreneurship (Statale University, Milan). Prior to join Etica Sgr, Aldo held positions at Citibank International plc, BNP Paribas Asset Management, ECPI and Forum per la Finanza Sostenibile.He holds a Laurea in Economics from Bocconi University and an MSc cum laude in management of NPOs from the SDA Bocconi School of Management. Sandra Crowl, Stewardship Director, Carmignac
Sandra Crowl is a Member of the Investment Committee and Stewardship Manager. Sandra joined Carmignac in 2007. She started her career at Bankers Trust Australia in 1987. In 1991, she transferred to the Paris office to manage the Foreign Exchange team. In 1993, she moved to London office where she was appointed Managing Director for the European Foreign Exchange team. In 2003, she shifted to the fund management industry joining the new hedge fund seeding firm New Alpha Advisers, a subsidiary of the alternative funds boutique ADI. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from the University of Melbourne. She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Adrie Heinsbroek, Principal Responsible Investing, NN Investment Partners
Since 2017, Adrie Heinsbroek is Principal Responsible Investment at NN Investment Partners (NN IP) within the Innovation and Responsible Investing (RI) Team. Adrie's work contributes towards the integration of sustainability factors into the investment decision making process. His enthusiasm shows his personal dedication to RI and ESG integration. Prior to joining NN IP, Adrie was Head of Sustainability at ING Bank in Belgium. IN 1996, he obtained his MSc in Social Anthropology from the Vrije Universiteit.
The aim of Salone SRI is to promote a deeper knowledge and increased awareness of sustainable finance.
@salone.SRI 2020 moves one step ahead, in relation to the new scenarios we are going to face. The objective is not only promoting SRI, but also building a better understanding, and offering a deep analysis of ESG themes and challenges, with particular focus on the importance of ESG fundamentals.
