Daniele Cappellini

CFA Society Italy, Board Member

Daniele joined the International Financial Service department of BNL in September 2017 as Responsible of Investment Solutions and is involved in advisory and network support. He graduated in Management Engineering at Università La Sapienza Roma and started his career in finance at Banca Finnat, first as equity, then as bond portfolio manager. Later he became investment strategist at ALM division of Poste Vita with the responsibility on capital market assumption and development of the macroeconomic outlook. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014 and was soon involved by CFA Society Italy in the activities of the Society for Central and Southern Italy.

Christopher Gannatti

Christopher Gannatti began at WisdomTree as a Research Analyst in December 2010, working directly with Jeremy Schwartz, CFA®, Director of Research. In January of 2014, he was promoted to Associate Director of Research where he was responsible to lead different groups of analysts and strategists within the broader Research team at WisdomTree. In February of 2018, Christopher was promoted to Head of Research, Europe, where he will be based out of WisdomTree’s London office and will be responsible for the full WisdomTree research effort within the European market as well as supporting the UCITs platform globally. Christopher came to WisdomTree from Lord Abbett, where he worked for four and a half years as a Regional Consultant. He received his MBA in Quantitative Finance, Accounting, and Economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 2010, and he received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University in Economics in 2006. Christopher is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jack Cutts is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Research at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). In this role, Jack oversees the organization’s industry analysis and forecasting programs as well as CTA’s data analytics efforts. Before joining CTA in 2008, Jack managed a portfolio of regulatory and legislative issues for telecommunications equipment manufacturer Alcatel-Lucent. Jack holds an MBA from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Rafi Aviav is Head of Product Development at WisdomTree, where he oversees the development of WisdomTree’s European platform and new investment strategies. Rafi has 15 years’ experience in markets and over 10 years’ experience with ETFs. Prior the acquisition of Boost ETP by WisdomTree in 2014, Rafi was Head of Product Management at Boost ETP and helped build Europe’s first 3x short & leveraged ETP platform. Before that Rafi was Head of Research & Development at AlphaBeta Investments in Tel-Aviv and worked as an economics researcher at Tel Aviv University. Rafi holds a B.A. in Economics with Mathematics from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a specialisation in quantitative finance.

Francesco Corea, Ph.D., is a complexity scientist and tech investor who is mainly focusing on science-driven companies in high-social-impact verticals including life sciences, energy, and artificial general intelligence. Francesco has a background that ranges from economics and finance to applied machine learning, and he's been working on a variety of different data problems over the past few years (e.g., sentiment analysis, fraud detection, behavioral science, etc.). Currently, he is working with a few AI companies as well as emerging VC funds. Dr. Corea holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
